Need to reorder your meal replacements? Save time by placing your order online using the form below. You will not be billed until you pickup your order. You must be currently enrolled in a Vive Medical Weight Loss program and been seen by Dr Pinto or Dr Scheets within the past three motnhs to order and pickup any meals. The maximum quantity allowed per item is 35; special prepaid pre-order is required 7 days in advance for quantities over 35 per item.
