Tonya Maguire

Patient Experience Team Lead

Tonya Maguire joined the Vive team in 2021 and leads the Patient Experience Team with a passion for creating exceptional experiences for every patient who walks through the door. With an extensive background in customer service, operations, retail leadership, and the beauty industry, she brings a thoughtful and patient-centered approach to every interaction.

Having worked in the cosmetic industry prior to joining Vive, Tonya was drawn to medical aesthetics because of its ability to enhance confidence through meaningful, personalized care. She enjoys building genuine relationships with patients and loves seeing the transformations that occur throughout their aesthetic journey. For Tonya, one of the most rewarding parts of her role is helping patients recognize their natural beauty and ensuring they feel supported, valued, and excited to return.

Known for her calm, approachable nature, Tonya strives to make every patient feel like family. Whether welcoming a first-time visitor or catching up with a long-time patient, she believes genuine connection, kindness, and trust are at the heart of the Vive Experience.

Outside of work, Tonya enjoys spending time with her husband and three dogs, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and exploring new cities through their food and culture.
