Tonya is a 12-year veteran of the customer service industry. After living in a corporate retail setting, as an employee she felt she was just a number to the company. Missing the chance to make greater personal connections with customers led to this opportunity here with Vive. Known as the resident Jennifer Garner, she now feels right at home delivering the ‘Vive Experience’ full time!
