Tonya Maguire has been a valued member of the Vive team since 2021 and leads the Patient Experience Team with a strong focus on creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through the door. With more than 12 years of customer service experience, she brings a thoughtful and proactive approach to hospitality, communication, and patient care.

Tonya is passionate about continually improving the patient journey at Vive. She is always looking for opportunities to refine processes, anticipate patient needs, and ensure each visit feels seamless, welcoming, and personalized. Her leadership helps set the tone for the entire Patient Experience Team and plays an important role in delivering the elevated standard of care that defines the Vive Experience.

She takes great pride in building genuine connections with patients and helping create an environment where people feel comfortable, valued, and excited to return.
