With more than 12 years of customer service experience, she brings a thoughtful and proactive approach to hospitality, communication, and patient care.
Tonya is passionate about continually improving the patient journey at Vive. She is always looking for opportunities to refine processes, anticipate patient needs, and ensure each visit feels seamless, welcoming, and personalized. Her leadership helps set the tone for the entire Patient Experience Team and plays an important role in delivering the elevated standard of care that defines the Vive Experience.
