Ren Frullo joined the Vive team in 2021 as a member of the Patient Experience Team before transitioning into her current role as a Medical Assistant. With a background in healthcare and wellness, she is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their experience at Vive.
Ren enjoys working alongside Vive’s providers and building meaningful relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey. Known for her warm and attentive approach, she makes an effort to remember patients by name and create genuine connections that help each person feel welcomed and cared for.
Understanding that many aesthetic treatments require a level of vulnerability, Ren strives to ensure every patient feels safe, heard, and comfortable from the moment they arrive. She believes trust, compassion, and personal connection are essential parts of the Vive Experience.
Outside of work, Ren enjoys Pilates, spending time at the beach searching for seashells, and caring for her many pets. She is also a former bodybuilder.
