Ren joined the Vive team in 2021 and now serves as a Medical Assistant, supporting both patients and providers throughout the treatment experience. She originally started on the Patient Experience Team before transitioning into her current clinical role, giving her a unique understanding of the patient journey from both the front desk and treatment room.
Ren works closely with the clinical team to help ensure appointments run smoothly while creating a comfortable and supportive environment for patients. She enjoys helping patients feel at ease during their visits and takes pride in being part of a team that delivers thoughtful, personalized care.
Having grown within the practice, Ren values the strong team culture at Vive and is proud to contribute to the welcoming and positive environment that defines the Vive Experience.
