Madison Wilson has worked alongside Dr. Pinto since 2008 and has played a key role in the growth and evolution of Vive since its founding in 2012. As SVP of Business Development, she focuses on shaping the long-term vision of the practice while helping guide strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Madison is deeply passionate about building a culture where both patients and team members feel valued and supported. She believes that an empowered, collaborative team creates the foundation for an exceptional patient experience, and she works closely with leadership to continually elevate the services, technology, and overall experience that set Vive apart.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, continuing her education, and spending time at the beach with her husband and two children.
