Kay Grabowy joined the Vive team in 2023 and brings both customer service experience and a background in aesthetics to her role on the Patient Experience Team. As a licensed esthetician, she is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through education, guidance, and personalized care.
Kay enjoys building relationships with patients and creating trust through genuine connections. She believes the patient experience begins with the very first interaction and takes pride in helping patients feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable throughout their visit.
Known for her friendly personality and willingness to help, Kay strives to create an environment where patients can relax, ask questions, and feel confident in their care.
Outside of work, Kay enjoys reading, spending time at the Jersey Shore, and being with her dog, Waffles.
