Kay joined the Vive team in 2023 and brings both customer service experience and a background in aesthetics to her role on the Patient Experience Team. After graduating from the Rizzieri Aveda School in 2021 as a licensed esthetician, she developed a strong passion for skincare and helping people feel confident in their skin.
Kay enjoys using her knowledge of aesthetics to support patients and guide them through their visit. She takes pride in creating a welcoming and positive environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about their experience at Vive.
