Jessica Bardolf joined the Vive team in 2023 and serves as Lead Medical Aesthetician. A licensed esthetician, Face Reality Acne Expert, HydraFacial Master, and ZO Skin Health Expert, Jess is passionate about helping patients achieve healthier skin through education, consistency, and evidence-based treatment plans.
Inspired by her own struggles with skin concerns, Jess became fascinated by how the skin functions, heals, and responds to treatment. Today, she specializes in acne management, corrective skincare, microneedling, chemical peels, HydraFacial®, DiamondGlow®, BBL phototherapy, Morpheus8®, and laser hair reduction. She particularly enjoys helping patients improve acne, rosacea, scarring, and hyperpigmentation.
Known for her honest, no-nonsense approach, Jess believes successful outcomes begin with realistic expectations, personalized treatment plans, and consistency both in and out of the treatment room. She loves building lasting relationships with patients and creating an environment where they feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their care.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and her cat Kabuki. A South Jersey native, she loves traveling, attending concerts, cooking when she has the time, and relaxing with a good binge-worthy show.
