Emilio Diaz brings over 15 years of leadership experience across luxury retail and banking, with a strong focus on team development, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences. Educated in Communications at William Paterson University and certified in Situational Leadership, Emilio is known for building high-performing teams and fostering meaningful, lasting relationships.

At Vive, Emilio oversees daily operations and works closely with the leadership team to ensure every aspect of the practice supports a seamless, elevated experience for both patients and staff. His expertise spans human resources, sales strategy, inventory management, and project execution.

Emilio is deeply committed to creating an environment where teams thrive, service excellence is the standard, and patients feel valued at every touchpoint.
